What Is It?

Free Online Yoga Classes For Parents And Chldren is a completely free service that delivers a live 60-minute class straight into your own home via Zoom.  We are delivering a service to help families deal with the pressures of the current climate that we are all facing by not only improving our physical fitness but also our mental wellbeing. 
Classes are delivered by our fully qualified and DBS checked instructor Adrianne.  All sessions are live and Parents are required to be in attendance.  No classes are recorded and it is the parent’s responsibility to account for any household member’s physical limitations and safety and not the responsibility of the online instructors.
Classes will remain free of charge for the duration of the current lockdown period until children return to school. The main components of yoga are a series of postures (movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing exercises.

Who is it for?

Free Online Yoga Classes is ideal for parents and children of all ages and at any time.  All you need is access to Zoom and a Matt will help but not essential. It combines meditation and breathing exercises to help with an individual’s mental health, wellbeing and more.
